Because of the delicate nature of this project, the specific location for the site has been withheld. This particular design is to be located in a warm desert climate with minimal rainfall. Although privacy is a large concern for the residents, a sense of community is also important. Quiet and intimate spaces are combined with communal living to assist in the transition to the new environment. The cluster of buildings at the Community House will hold the administrative offices and other auxiliary spaces, while individual dwelling units are set around a common courtyard and garden.
