The memorial fountain is to honor the memory of Nicole Brown whose life was brutally taken on June 12, 1994. The fountain is dedicated to Nicole and to all of the victims of family and partner violence; it is a tribute to their courage, and strength and their determination to make a new life for themselves. This particular image is a morphing of a sculpture originally done by Ormar Tamm. It is to symbolize two angel wings coming together; the form also resembles an abstract mother and child and a heart. The memorial fountain and courtyard will also be home to the donor tiles from the Miles of Tiles Campaign.
