The Community House will contain the administrative offices, reception area, therapy room, a space for day care, computer classes and other uses. Community House will also have a community room that can serve as a meeting space for the residents, a place for yoga, art classes and a variety of other functions. The memorial fountain is just beyond the main entrance, and a series of water pathways lead you to the common courtyard and living units. The overall design of the buildings are meant to convey a feeling of peace and tranquility, incorporating natural materials such as concrete and wood. Landscape and running water are key elements throughout the design of Nicole's House.
